1. Protection of Personal Data
The data gathered through the website data collection forms shall be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which the FEMP is responsible.
This entity shall process the data confidentially, solely for the purposes of managing User relations. Likewise, the FEMP shall cancel, delete and/ or block data when these turn out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or when these have ceased to be necessary or pertinent to their purposes, in keeping with the provisions of law as regards data protection.
By clicking the "send" button of the pertinent form, the User expressly consents to the use of his/her data for the dispatch of commercial communications by e-mail or any other media.
In the data-gathering forms, the fields marked by an asterisk are obligatory, so that if the User does not facilitate the pertinent data, the FEMP, at its discretion, may refuse to render the service in question.
The User may revoke the consent given and exercise his/her rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the address set forth in Clause 1 for such a purpose and visibly indicating the specific right being exercised.
The FEMP adopts the levels of security required by the Regulations on Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 dated 6 June 1999. The above notwithstanding, technical security in a medium such as the internet is not impregnable and filtrations may exist due to acts of bad faith by third parties.
2. Communication of Illicit and Inappropriate Activities
In the event that the User or any other internet user comes to have knowledge that the Linked Websites lead to web pages with illicit, harmful, humiliating, violent or immoral content, s/he may get in touch with the FEMP indicating the following particulars:
a) Personal data of the informant: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;
b) Description of the facts disclosing the illicit or inadequate character of the Linked Website;
c) In the event of a violation of rights, such as the rights of intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the holder of the rights violated, if this is a person other than the informant. Likewise, the title attesting to the legitimacy of the holder of the rights must be brought forward, and, as applicable, the powers of representation to act on behalf of the holder of the rights, should this be a person other than the informant;
d) Express declaration to the effect that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
Receipt of the communication provided for in this clause by the FEMP shall not imply effective knowledge of the activities and/ or contents indicated by the informant, as set forth in Law 34/2002 dated 12 October 2002, on the information society and e-business services.
