The responsibility of corporations and local authorities in the 5 th Meeting of AON
Liability and equity of the local governments and local authorities and public employees is the focus of the 5 th Meeting Local Government Risk Managers takes place at the FEMP, organized by AON. Day of work has been presented by Peter Tomey, Director of AON, and the Secretary General of the FEMP, Isaura Leal.
The meeting served to local elected officials and technicians and officials of this administration know first-hand experiences and solutions to the risks insurers on liability and property could occur as a result of discharging their duties.
During the presentation, both the Director of AON as the Secretary General of the FEMP have highlighted the importance of meeting the commitments and responsibilities assumed by the municipal officials, especially now in times of crisis and facing the new mandate emerge after the forthcoming local elections, to the challenges faced to help the economic recovery and job creation.
The change of scene, as to the risks that will need, and legal certainty of those who have the responsibility to manage public affairs at the municipal level, are analyzed in this Day, as well as identifying areas most critical risk and the tools available to address them.
