The FEMP get the certificate in conciliation and equality efr
The FEMP has been certified efr which gives the status of a company that integrates and applies to your organization's principles of conciliation and equality. The certificate has been collected by the Secretary General of the Federation, Isaura Leal, in a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality.
The Foundation is the impulsive Másfamilia efr certificate, which encourages companies to be involved in the generation of a new work culture that allows an effective harmony between the world of work, personal and family, as demanded by today's society .
Efr certificate aims to encourage improved productivity through design of work based on the performance and efficiency regardless of the number of hours worked and the worker's physical presence, reduce absenteeism and turnover and therefore retain talent, thanks to a better quality of life of workers and the creation of a climate of social peace in the company.
A total of 54 companies and organizations have been certified by the FEMP, at the hands of Juan Carlos Mato, Director General of Social Policy, and Antonio Trueba, President of the Foundation Másfamilia.
