Aids drug prevention programs in towns
The Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equality has published the call for financial assistance to local corporations to develop drug prevention programs. The contest is for municipalities that are capitals of provinces, autonomous regions, the Island Councils or Councils, or with a population over 100,000. They must also have developed a drug plan in their area.
The purpose of these grants is to promote healthy activities alternatives to substance abuse in youth leisure time. Supported programs be developed in the course of 2011 until September 30, 2012. The deadline for submitting applications is October 6.
