The Government is the first report on the draft Local Government Act
The Government today reviewed the Council of Ministers in the first report of the Third Vice-President and Minister for Regional Policy, Manuel Chaves, the Draft Law on the Government and Local Government will establish a basic legal framework for all governments Spanish local.
The text, as reported by First Deputy Prime Minister, Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba at the hearing after the Council of Ministers, adapt to current realities and needs, as regards the competence framework and organization of Spanish Local Governments. Along these lines, the Vice President has reported that the bill strengthens the relationship tools and citizen participation in Local Government.
