Renewal of accreditation of investment and completion of works by the State Local Investment Fund 2009
The Cabinet has agreed an extension to the accreditation of investment and completion of works by the State Investment Fund Local 2009. Due to bad weather in recent months has delayed the implementation of some projects of the State of Local Investment Fund included in the scope of Royal Decree Law of 28 November 2008.
In this situation, not attributable to the administration, extending the period of extension in the execution of works, upon request of municipalities affected, from the originally planned six months to twelve months.
The fact that many municipalities are already close to the deadline extension originally given for the implementation of its projects, coupled with the need to know in good time before the end of this period, the possible extension of it, justifies the extension that is included in this Royal Decree Law
