Called the second edition of
The BOE issued dated May 27, 2011 resolution that calls for the second edition of the distinction "City of Science and Innovation for the year 2011. The deadline for municipalities to submit their projects to this nomination begins June 1 and ends on October 15.
This edition will be awarded up to a maximum of 10 awards for each of the three categories provided, depending on the municipality's population: up to 20,000, from 20,001 to 100,000 and above this number of inhabitants.
The filing must be conducted by electronic means authorized in the electronic office of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
