Palma City Council approves the draft Ordinance which regulates civilian use of public spaces
The Plenum of the Municipality of Palma (Mallorca) approved on August 2, unanimously the proposed draft ordinance regulating the civic use of public spaces, among other objectives, seeks to solve the problems of coexistence that causes the bottle.
The City Council approved text provides immediate intervention instruments when there is a situation that will alter the coexistence, regardless of which is linked to alcohol use and other preventive strategies to avoid specific situations.
The ordinance, which was born a proposal from the Department of Education, Equality and Civil Rights, has been enriched by the contributions of all political groups, organizations and business and neighborhood associations.
From now opens a public exhibition period to make representations to the draft, prior to final approval of the Ordinance.
